Global Bioenergies SA is a France-based company that specializes in the development of a process to produce isobutene biologically from renewable resources. Isobutene, a hydrocarbon, can be converted into fuels such as isooctane, as well as into various materials (synthetic rubber, organic glass, plastics). The process developed by Global Bioenergies SA is based on the design of an artificial metabolic pathway comprising several enzymes catalyzing reactions not observed in nature. Six patent applications have been filed by the Company. The first two applications covering the key steps of the bio-production of isobutene and other olefins have already been published. It distributes butane and propane containing bio-isobutene, in a e partnership with Global Bioenergies. It operates through Syngip.

Co.'s solution enables businesses and communities to build one-to-one Web-based relationships with their customers and members by providing access to online services. Co.'s technology operates on a Linux-based open software platform and a thin-client access device. Co.'s Netgem Solution is available for standard telephone connection at 56kbs, ISDN lines, Ethernet connection (ADSL modems) and broadband cable (DOCSIS standard) Co. offers the Netbox, which transforms every television set into an Internet-enriched television using only a standard telephone connection.

Parrot is a global player in wireless mobile phone accessories, specialized in designing and marketing wireless devices for mobile phones. Co. activities cover both retail customers (installed hands free kits, Plug & Play hands free kits and Multimedia products), and auto industry professionals. Co. developed three retail product ranges: two for vehicles and one for the house. Vehicle products are hand-free kits installed, in most cases, by professionals after vehicle purchase; and Plug & Play products, which are hands-free systems usable upon purchase. House products include multimedia products, allowing users to share multimedia contents on mobile phones.

ProSiebenSat.1 Media is a holding company engaged as a media corporations in Europe, with TV stations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Co.'s core business consists of free TV financed by advertising. Co. also owns an international production network along with digital and ventures portfolio. In addition, Co. is engaged as online seller of video content on the internet. Also, Co. is involved in the online games business and operates an e-commerce portfolio. Through its Red Arrow Entertainment Group, Co. produces international TV programs and sells them to TV stations worldwide.
