>Assa Abloy announced it had reached a deal with the US DOJ - The US Department of Justice (DOJ) announced on Friday that it had settled its antitrust dispute with Assa Abloy concerning the plan to acquire HHI, which sets the $ 4.3bn deal on the path to a successful completion. The deal is expected to close before the end of June.
