AXA is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in insurance and assets management. Co. operates primarily in Europe, North America, the Asia-Pacific Region and, to a lesser extent, in other regions including the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Co. has five operating business segments: Life & Savings, Property & Casualty, International Insurance, Asset Management, and Banking. In addition, various holding companies within the AXA Group conduct certain non-operating activities. As of Dec 31 2013, Co. had total assets of Euro757,143,000,000.

BNP Paribas SA Class A

BNP Paribas is engaged in the provision of banking and financial services. Co.'s business activities are divided into two segments: Retail Banking & Services and Corporate and Investment Banking. The Retail Banking and Services business includes domestic markets and international financial services. The Corporate and Institutional Banking comprises of corporate banking, global markets, and securities services. Other activities include principal investments, which related to Co.'s central treasury function, some costs related to crossbusiness projects, the residential mortgage lending business of personal finance, and certain investments.

Cellnex Telecom S.A.

Cellnex Telecom SA is a Spain-based company engaged in the wireless telecommunications (telecom) business. Its activities are divided into three segments: Broadcasting infrastructure, Telecom site rental, as well as Network services and other. The Broadcasting infrastructure division comprises distribution and transmission of television (TV) and frequency modulation (FM) radio signals, operation and maintenance (O&M) of radio broadcasting network, as well as over-the-top (OTT) radio services, among others. The Telecom site rental division provides access to wireless infrastructure, primarily through infrastructure hosting and telecom equipment co-location, mainly for mobile network operators and other wireless and broadband telecom network operators. The Network services and other division offers connectivity services for a variety of telecom operators and radio communication, among others. The Company also develops 5th generation mobile networks (5G) through Alticom BV.

Faurecia is an automobile equipment supplier based in France. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

International Consolidated Airlines Group SA

International Airlines Group is an international scheduled airline and global premium airlines. Co.'s principal place of business is London with significant presence at Heathrow, Gatwick and London City airports.

MTU Aero Engines AG

MTU Aero Engines manufacturers engine modules and components, and providers MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) services for commercial aero engines. Co.'s activities range through the development, construction, testing and production of new commercial and military engines and spare parts, through to maintenance, repair and overhaul of commercial and military engines. Co.'s segments comprised of: OEM business (Original Equipment Manufacturing), which covers new commercial engines, including spare parts, and the whole of the military sector; and MRO business, which engaged in commercial maintenance activities covering the areas of maintenance and logistical support for commercial engines.
