Co. operates through two division: Seating Systems, which develops and produces driver and passenger seats for agricultural and construction vehicles, forklifts, trucks, buses and trains; and Automotive, which supplies headrests, armrests and center consoles to carmakers and systems suppliers for the automotive industry.
