Basic-Fit NV is an operator of fitness centers based in the Netherlands. The Company operates more than 350 fitness clubs in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain.

CCC SA

CCC is engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of clothing and footwear. Co. offers its products to wide range of consumers, from demanding clientele of trendy boutiques to value-oriented medium segment customers, to less wealthy customers seeking reasonably priced quality footwear. Co. pursues a strategy of brand diversification, which is reflected in its three autonomous distribution channels: a chain of official CCC stores, BOTI footwear shops and QUAZI boutiques. Co. offers more than 2,500 designs of footwear. Co. also owns more than 67 proprietary brand names e.g. Lasocki.

Frequentis AG is an Austria-based supplier of communications and information systems, diversifying its activities into two business segments: ATM (Air Traffic Management) business segment, which includes ATM Civil, including Information Management, and Defense business fields, and PST (Public Safety & Transport) business segment, which includes Public Safety, Public Transport and Maritime business fields. Co.'s assets are classified into three categories: large regional shopping centers (GLA of over 365,800 sq. m.), neighborhood shopping centers (GLA of over 181,600 sq. m.), and Other assets (40,900 sq. m.). At Dec. 31, 2013, the portfolio comprised 25 large regional shopping centers, 36 neighborhood shopping centers, and 18 other sites such as food stores, specialty stores, independent cafeterias, service malls, and convenience stores, representing a total gross leasable area of about 588,300 sq. m.

Sligro Food Group NV is a company engaged in the food distribution industry, based in the Netherlands. It divides its business into two segments: Food Retail activities comprise around 130 full-service EMTE supermarkets with 30 operated by independent retailers; Food Service offers nationwide network of cash and carry and delivery service outlets serving large and small-scale hospitality, establishments, leisure facilities, volume users, company and other caterers, forecourt retailers, small and medium-sized enterprises, smaller retail businesses and the institutional market. Sulzer AG

Sulzer Sulzer specialize in pumping solutions, surface technology, separation, reaction, and mixing technology, as well as rotating equipment maintenance. Co.'s operations are organized along four divisions: Sulzer Pumps, which develops and supplies centrifugal pumps globally; Sulzer Metco, which is a global supplier of services and products for thermal-spray and thin-film surface technologies; Sulzer Chemtech, which is engaged in separation column and static mixing technologies; and Sulzer Turbo Services, which is a provider of repair and maintenance services for thermal turbomachinery and other rotating equipment.

Vidrala SA is a Spain-based company principally engaged in the glass industry. The Company operates through two segments: Spain and European Union. The Company conducts its own research and development (R&D) operations. It operates production plants and melting furnaces located in such countries, as Portugal, France, Belgium and Italy. Virbac is an independent veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory. Co. develops and provides veterinarians and farmers with medicines and vaccines that improve the health of food producing animals. Co. markets a range of products designed for pets and livestock. It offers seven types of products for companion animals (Parasiticides, Immunology, Antibiotics/dermatology, Specialties, Equine, Specialized pet food and Other products), and four types of products for food producing animals (Bovine parasiticides, Bovine products (excluding parasiticides), Pig/poultry antibiotics and Other products). Co. markets its products in the ethical (veterinarian) and OTC markets.

Warehouses De Pauw and its subsidiaries are engaged in investment in the Belgian semi-industrial property market. Co. is a closed-end property investment company which specializes in: development of storage and distribution premises; customized projects in line with the user's request; acquiring premises for customers who wish to engage in sale and leaseback transactions.
