Co. is engaged in the exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas; refining, marketing, supply and transportation; and the manufacture and marketing of petrochemicals. Co. operates globally, with business activities in Europe, the U.S., Canada, Russia, South America, Australasia, Asia and parts of Africa. Co. operates in two business segments: Exploration and Production - including oil and natural gas exploration and development and production; and Refining and Marketing- activities include the refining, manufacturing, supply and trading, marketing and transportation of crude oil, petroleum and petrochemicals.

CNP Assurances is an insurance company. Co. designs, develops, distributes and manages savings, pension & personal risk, and term creditor products. Co. offers savings products and insurance against the risks of everyday life to its customers. Co.'s operations are organized along three business segments. The Savings business concerns products enabling policyholders to build up capital which they can cash in. The Pensions business concerns products designed to enable policyholders to receive an annuity or lump sum on retirement. The Personal Risk business includes products enabling policyholders to insure against the risks of death, accident or illness, property damage or liability claims.

Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide is an airport operator. Co. is divided into four segments: aviation, which includes airside and terminal management as well as corporate safety and security at the Frankfurt site; retail and real estate, which consists of retailing activities, parking facility and real estate management at Frankfurt Airport; ground handling, which comprises services dealing with passengers, aircraft and cargo; and external activities and services, which comprises Co.'s companies outside the Frankfurt site and auxiliary services in Frankfurt, including information technology and facility management in particular.

Hochtief is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates as a construction company engaged in projects in the transportation, energy, and social and urban infrastructure sectors as well as contract mining. Co. provides its services through three divisions: HOCHTIEF Americas, which encompasses the construction activities of operational units in the U.S and Canada; HOCHTIEF Asia Pacific, which includes the construction activities and contract mining in the Asia-Pacific region; and HOCHTIEF Europe, which designs, develops, builds, operates, and manages real estate and infrastructure, with primary business in Europe as well as selected other regions.

Co.'s segments comprised of: OEM business (Original Equipment Manufacturing), which covers new commercial engines, including spare parts, and the whole of the military sector; and MRO business, which engaged in commercial maintenance activities covering the areas of maintenance and logistical support for commercial engines.
