Ces actifs représentent 190 Kbep/j de production dont 45% de pétrole et 55% de gaz naturel qui se rajoutent à la production existante de 315 kbep/j existante à 85% gaz naturel. Le groupe augmente également la taille de ses ressources de 8.1 à 12.6 Mdbep.
