Claranova : Offer on Personal Creations accepted – PlanetArt doubled in size
>Favourable court ruling on acquisition of Personal Creations - Early July, Claranova filed an offer with the commercial court to acquire the personalised gift assets of US group FTD Companies, Inc (currently under chapter 11), the group announced on Friday evening that the ruling was favourable, thus confirming the closing of the deal.
