>A significant, company-specific warning - Yesterday evening, Plastic Omnium issued a major warning on 2019 earnings in the wake of operational problems at its new factory in Greer (US) that were more significant than expected and which are set to continue until at least 2020. As a result, we have lowered our forecasts by an average of 13% for 2019-2020 and our target price to € 25 vs € 30 previously (multiples also more cautious). Co.'s activities can be divided into two divisions: the Automotive division and the Environment division. The Environment division provides products and services for local authorities, including waste pre-collection and management equipment and services, and road and highway signage.
