Deutsche Euroshop is a property, real estate and development group based in Germany. Through its subsidiaries, Co. focuses on acquiring, managing, using and selling investments of all kinds, and in particular investments in retail properties. Management of the properties is outsourced to Co.'s external partner, ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG. Co. maintains equity interests in 19 European shopping centers in Germany, Austria, Hungary and Poland. The market value of these shopping centers, which are predominantly in city center locations, amounts to approximately Euro4.3 billion.

Euronav is a provider of maritime shipping and offshore services engaged primarily in the transportation and storage of crude oil. As of Apr. 4, 2017, Co. owned and operated a modern fleet of 55 vessels (including four chartered-in vessels) with an aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 13.7 million deadweight tons, or dwt, consisting of 31 very large crude carriers, one ultra large crude carrier, 21 Suezmax vessels, and two floating, storage and offloading vessels. Co. has two operating segments: the operation of crude oil tankers on the international markets (tankers) and the floating production, storage and offloading operations.

Leoni AG acts as the holding company, engaged in providing wires, optical fibers, cables and cable systems as well as related services for applications in the automotive sector and other industries. Co.'s business comprised of two divisions: Wire & Cable Solutions (WCS), which develops, produces and assembles wires and strands, optical fibers, standard and special cables, hybrid and optical cables as well as complete cable systems for a variety of industrial applications; Wiring Systems Division (WSD), which develops, produces and sells cable harnesses, complete wiring systems as well as related components for the global car, commercial vehicle and supply industry.

Suedzucker is the parent company of Suedzucker Group, which operates in four segments: sugar, which comprises sugar production in Bosnia, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary, as well as Moldova; special products, which, among others, produces and sells ingredients made from natural raw materials for food products and animal feed, and its bioethanol businesses; CropEnergies, which includes the bioethanol activities of Co.'s Sudzucker group with production sites in Germany, Belgium, France and the U.K. as well as trading activities in Brazil, Chile and the U.S; and fruit, which serves food companies from the dairy, baked goods, ice cream and non-alcoholic beverage industry.

TKH Group creates and supplies Telecom, Building and Industrial Solutions. Telecom Solutions develops, produces and supplies systems ranging from outdoor infrastructure for telecom and CATV networks through to indoor home networking applications. Building Solutions develops, produces and supplies solutions in the field of electro-technology ranging from applications within buildings through to technical systems that - combined with software - provide solutions for the care and security sectors. Industrial Solutions develops, produces and supplies solutions ranging from specialty cable, "plug and play" cable systems through to integrated systems for the production of car and truck tires.
