FFP : NAV: -5% over 2018 but +13% since the start of 2019 – Discount of 43%

FFP is due to report its NAV at end-2018 on 18 March. We estimate this at € 148 per share, down 5% over 2018. Since the start of 2019, we estimate the rebound at 13% to € 167 per share. Buy recommendation maintained to benefit from dual leverage on the valuation: growth in NAV (the track record is excellent) and narrowing of the discount (historically high level of 43%).
