Fnac Darty has announced a proposed € 300m seven-year NC3 bond issue to fund a buyback offer for the 2027 OCEANE convertible bonds and refinance the cash portion of the Unieuro acquisition completed in late 2024. Airlines finished up a challenging FY 2024 with a strong performance in Q4, market by higher unit revenues and good passenger demand, on top of a stellar cargo activity. Looking into 2025, the good momentum has continued with yields stabilizing (or even up).
