>GALP makes a second discovery in Namibia at Mopane-2X - GALP announced last Thursday a second success for its exploration campaign in Namibia at the Mopane-2X well location at license PEL 83, and found a significant oil column. The group also created an appraisal well (AVO-1) which found the same pressure regime as in the Mopane-1X discovery (around 8km to the east), which confirms its lateral extension and the size of the discovery.
