H&M : Poor trading update makes slight EBITDA beat not convincing enough

>Minor difference in EBITDA, with a disappointing trading update - H&M’s Q2 2022 results were just a touch above our estimates with a beat of 1.7% in gross profit and 2.0% in EBITDA (SEK 10,197m vs SEK 9,994m estimated). The trading update, however, was disappointing as sales in June are expected to be -6% y-o-y in local currency, vs +3.5% we estimate for Q3.
