>A hearing on 15 January after the hearing yesterday! - A hearing was held yesterday at the court in Delaware with a view to validating the plan secured last May. Unlike the previous hearings, this one was not adjourned before it even began! The mere fact of this is encouraging, in our view, and suggest that the judge in charge of the case seems to want to speed things up. A series of hearings is already scheduled for the next few days, the next one being set for 15 ...Imerys is engaged in the production and the processing of minerals.
