>Hearing of 6 May cancelled - The hearing scheduled in a Delaware court yesterday at 11am was cancelled in the end. This hearing had been preceded by a preparatory conference call on 30 April which offered hopes of a resolution to the asbestos problem. The hearing was cancelled as Johnson & Johnson withdrew its motion half an hour before. Recall that on 27 March, Johnson & Johnson filed a motion with the Delaware court to stop negotiations between Imerys and the...Imerys is engaged in the production and the processing of minerals.
