Royal BAM Group : Higher than expected positive settlement on sealock IJmuiden

>Higher positive claim settlement than expected - The arbitration committee reviewing the cost overruns at sealock IJmuiden has ruled that the Dutch government should pay €60m to the JV that has constructed the sealock (a 50/50 JV of BAM and VolkerWessels). The letter of the minister of Infrastructure to parliament also indicates that the government will not appeal the decision of the arbitration committee which means that BAM will receive c. €30m in cash, €10m higher...
