Mahle is back on the primary market to issue € 400m of senior unsecured fixed rate notes due 2031 (7NC3). Proceeds from the issue are earmarked to refinance € 329m of short-term maturities, including € 299m of Schuldschein due in May and July 2024 and € 30m of privately placed notes due in August 2024. On top of that, € 63m will be placed in cash on the balance sheet to be used later to refinance part of the Schuldschein and the EIB loan maturing in 2025. The transaction is lever...
