Paprec : Issuance Focus
Paprec is in the process of completing a € 600m green bond issue, which should be split equally into two tranches: € 300m maturing in 2027 (4NC2) and € 300m maturing in 2029 (6NC2). The bond issue will be used to refinance the PAPREC 4.0% 2025 notes (€ 575m). Initial indications were "high 6 to 7" for the 2027 issue and "low to mid 7s" for the 2029 issue, before price talks were tightened to "6.5%-6.625%" and "7.25%-7.375%" respectively.
