Piraeus Bank : Issuance Focus
For the second time this year, Piraeus Bank has revisited the subordinated debt market to issue an 11NC6 Tier 2 bond. This issue is coupled with a cash buyback offer for its Tier 2 2030 bond, callable in February 2025 (5.50% coupon). The Tier 2 bond will be issued by the holding company Piraeus Financial Holdings and will be rated Ba3/B+ (Fitch).
