Q-Park is back into the high-yield market to issue a €430m of fresh money through a 5NC2 senior secured bond offering. Net proceeds, alongside € 5m of cash on balance sheet, are earmarked to refinance the outstanding € 425m 1.5% notes due 2025. In parallel, the company has launched a tender offer for the latter with a purchase price of 98.5%.
