>Des revenus sur le Conseil très élevés au T3 - Rothschild & Co a publié hier soir des revenus pour le T3 2022 supérieurs aux attentes. Ils ont atteint 863.7 M€ (+30% vs une base élevée au T3 2021), 34% au-dessus de notre prévision (643.8 M€), avec notamment des revenus meilleurs que prévu dans les métiers Conseil financier et Merchant Banking. Les revenus en Conseil financier ont été de 547 M€ au T3 2022 (+18% vs T3 2021, mais également en hausse de 24% et 32% vs T1 ...Rothschild & Co SCA is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in banking activities and private equity. Co.'s banking activities include Investment Banking which comprises advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, advisory services for finance and restructuring, the primary equity capital market and the private placement of loans and shares; Corporate banking which comprises direct loans and structuring of financing packages; Private banking which comprises trust services, asset management and strategic planning; and Merchant Banking.
