>Une nouvelle acquisition par DPG Media auprès de RTL Group - RTL Group a annoncé, vendredi, la cession de RTL Nederland à DPG Media sur la base d’une valorisation de 1,1 Md€. DPG Media est un groupe multimédia belge créé en 1999, actif principalement aux Pays-Bas, en Belgique et au Danemark. Rappelons que DPG Media détient depuis mars 2022 50% de RTL Belgique notamment. RTL Nederland opère, essentiellement aux Pays-Bas : 5 chaînes TV en clair, 3 chaînes TV payantes, ...RTL Group is a holding company. Co. through its subsidiaries is engaged in the operation of television and radio broadcasting services, television content production and distribution. Co. has interests in 40 television channels and 33 radio stations in 11 countries. Co. is involved in television content production, such as talent and game shows, drama and daily soap operas, through its subsidiary, FremantleMedia. Co. also provides services in the digital entertainment environment, including online games, community and dating services, as well as user-generated content exchange platforms.
