Co. operates three segments: Optical Disc, which focuses on machines for the production of dual layer Blu-ray discs with 50 gigabyte storage capacity as well as replacement requirements for compact disc and digitial video disc; Semiconductor, which focuses its activities on the vacuum coating of wafers with ultra thin layers for the manufacturing of magnetoresistive random access memory, thin-film write/read heads, sensors and other semiconductor applications; and Solar, which is engaged as a supplier of crystalline and thin-film solar cells.
