Talgo : Contrat de services de 399 M€ / 204 M€ signé avec Renfe
>Un contrat très important pour Talgo - Talgo a signé un contrat de maintenance pour 15 trains AVRIL (très grande vitesse) pour 30 ans, d’une valeur totale de 399 M€. Il sera exécuté à travers une JV entre Talgo et Renfe, qui détiendront respectivement 51% et 49% du capital. La quote-part du fabricant madrilène est ainsi de 204 M€. Au S1, Talgo n’avait enregistré que 142 M€ de commandes, mais avait soumis des offres pour 5.2 Md€. Le carnet de commandes s’élevait à 3.3...Talgo is engaged in designing, manufacturing, repairing and maintaining the railway rolling stock, as well as the manufacturing, assembling, repairing and maintaining the engines, machinery and parts of the railway systems. Co. has an industrial presence in seven countries: Spain, Germany, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia and U.S.A. Co. has an active fleet in Europe, Asia and North America that comprises of 94 high-speed trains and more than 1,400 Talgo tilting passenger cars. Also, Co. purchases, redesigns, constructs, leases and sells all types of real estate.
