Kyoritsu Maintenance is engaged in the dormitory management business. Co. operates in five business segments. Dormitory segment is engaged in the operation and management of student and company dormitories. Hotels segment is engaged in the operation of business hotels under the name of "Dormy Inn" and resort hotels. Building Maintenance segment provides building maintenance services including property management, cleaning, and equipment maintenance. Foods segment is engaged in the operation of Japanese restaurants and the provision of food services to schools and companies' cafeterias. Development segment is engaged in the construction, planning, design, and brokerage of condominiums.
