PSA IT Services: IT Service Sector Stocks Sold Off Indiscriminately Following Down European and US Peers on AI Fears

It was a bloodbath for the Japanese IT Service sector today [4 Feb], following the sharp sell-off of peers in Europe and the US overnight, after Anthropic announced a Claude Legal set of plugins that handles contract review, NDA triage, compliance workflows, legal briefings and more. The sell-off was pretty much indiscriminate and not limited to Japan’s smaller SaaS companies, though they bore much of the brunt. Lindsay Whipp discusses.
