Unit Margin & ROIC Compare Highlights Opportunity

In this short note, we compare estimated cash and EBITDAR margins for Dollar Tree, Family Dollar and Dollar General.  We also calcuate lease-adjusted ROIC and cash-on-cash returns for each concept as well as DLTR on a blended basis.  We conclude with thoughts around the LT opportunity for margin expansion and comment on implications for valuation.
