AENA: LA DGAC DESESTIMA LA RECLAMACIÓN POR LOS SOBRECOSTES DEL COVID-19 (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
AENA acaba de publicar que la Dirección General de Aviación Civil ha desestimado la reclamación que había interpuesto AENA en marzo’21 por los sobrecostes incurridos por el Covid-19 (134 M euros; 4,8% del EBITDA pre covid y 0,6% de la capitalización) porque no concurren los elementos necesarios para continuar adelante. En el comunicado también comentan que han recurrido dicha decisión y que pueden realizar otras acciones legales.Aena SME SA, formerly Aena SA, is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the airports operation.
