Rdos. 1T'20 vs 1T'19:
Ventas: 12.854 M euros (+4,9% vs +2,2% BS(e) y +2,5% consenso);
EBITDA: 4.391 M euros (+10,2% vs +1,8% BS(e) y +2,4% consenso);
BDI: 1.489 M euros (+20,0% vs +76,5% BS(e) y +81,5% consenso).

Rdos. 1T’20 por encima de lo esperado en EBITDA ajustado (+10,2% vs +1,8% BS(e) y +2,4% consenso) gracias a la mejor evolución de las ventas (+4,8% vs +2,2% BS(e) y +2,5% consenso) y de los márgenes (34,2% vs 32,5% en 1T’19). Esta favorable dinámica de la rentabilidad se debería principalmente a cierto efecto precompra por el Covid (efecto puntual) y a las sinergias en la división de Cropscience (60% EBITDA).
Además, BAY mantiene su guidance’20, si bien confirma que no tienen visibilidad para saber si el Covid-19 tendrá un impacto positivo o negativo en sus negocios para el conjunto del año (y no aportarán guidance en ese sentido hasta finales de año). Esto en todo caso, no esperamos que tenga una gran incidencia en su negocio recurrente.
En definitiva, Rdos. 1T’20 positivos que vendrían a aportar confianza en la solidez operativa más allá de los efectos puntuales. Así, esperamos una acogida favorable que vendrían a reafirmar la buena evolución reciente del valor (+6,2% vs ES50 desde el inicio del Covid-19). COMPRAR. P.O. 90,00 euros/acc. (potencial +51,15%).
