Según Bloomberg, las Autoridades de Competencia de Reino Unido han abierto una investigación sobre la compra del Grupo Hillebrand (transporte marítimo y la logística de bebidas, líquidos a granel no peligrosos y otros productos) por parte de Deutsche Post, anunciada en agosto de 2021. Las partes interesadas podrán comentar al respecto el próximo 8 de febrero y el deadline para la decisión en una fase inicial será el 22 de marzo.Deutsche Post is a mail and logistics services group.
