REPSOL: ACUERDA LA VENTA DEL 25% DE SU DIVISIÓN DE EXPLORACIÓN Y PRODUCCIÓN A EIG (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
REP ha acordado la venta del 25% del negocio de Exploración y Producción al fondo EIG. La operación se ha cerrado por 4.800 M dólares, 3.400 M dólares equity y 1.400 M dólares deuda neta. Esta operación supone valorar la división de Upstream en 19.000 M dólares EV.Repsol is an oil and gas company.
