ROVI: INVESTIGATION INTO PUBLIC AID RECEIVED (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
Regarding the news from this morning, as part of the investigation of two former public officials of the Junta de Andalucía (Andalusian regional govt.) and the central government, a possible link between public aid received by ROVI between 2008 and 2012 for some €~56 M (according to the press) to develop facilities in Granada and alleged payments (€~0.6 M) made by the company in 2012 to several companies belonging to these public officials is being analysed.Laboratorios Farmaceuticos Rovi is engaged in the sale of its own pharmaceutical products and the distribution of other products for which it holds licenses granted by other laboratories for specific periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the agreements entered into with said laboratories.
