VOCENTO: SALE OF NET TV AND VERALIA (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)

Yesterday VOC announced the sale of Net TV (where it held 55%) and Veralia Cine (69.79%) to Squirrel Capital (Squirrel Media and Vértice Cine) for € 18 M plus an additional upward adjustment of €~6.6 M (calculated based on the current estimated net financial position of Net TV and Veralia Cine).
