Вчера вечером состоялись переговоры спикера Палаты представителей Конгресса США Нэнси Пелоси и министра финансов США Стивена Мнучина по пакету новых фискальных стимулов. Разногласия остались, и поскольку до президентских выборов в США остается всего неделя, пакет вряд ли будет принят до наступления этого ключевого события. Сегодня рынки немного восстанавливаются после вчерашнего падения. Тем не менее рубль вряд ли сможет сегодня укрепиться.
