Мы полагаем, что члены ОПЕК все-таки смогут согласовать свои позиции, и нефтяные котировки сегодня восстановятся, а евро может укрепиться до $1,20, если давления на него не окажут комментарии Кристин Лагард в ходе сегодняшнего выступления на форуме Центра европейской политики. На этом фоне мы бы ждали восстановления рубля до 76 за доллар даже в случае сохранения высокого спроса на иностранную валюту.
