CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds tracked US Treasuries yesterday. In the morning, a sharp rise in Treasury yields placed Russian sovereign quotes under pressure. Long issues recorded the largest declines (-0.4-0.5 pp), but Treasuries performed a U-turn later and quotes recovered somewhat. The Russia 43 (-0.2 pp) posted the largest decline.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields slid again yesterday while the ruble strengthened. They were 7-10 bps lower by midday but came back somewhat by the close. Yields in the middle and at the long end finished 6-8 bps lower on the day. Trading was predominantly attributable to local accounts.
