CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market was again limited yesterday. The Russia 28 was the day's biggest loser, slipping 0.2 pp to 162.0% (YTM 4.8%, Z-spread 192 bps); the Russia 42 was the biggest gainer, rising almost 0.2 pp to 103.0% (YTM 5.4%, Z-spread 242 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading activity was still not very high. On limited volumes, OFZ yields rose 4 bps on average at the short end and in the middle of curve and 7 bps at the long end. Turnover was just under R20 bln.
