CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe CIS Eurobond market was inactive yesterday due to the Columbus Day holiday in the US.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields slid another 3-6 bps yesterday in issues longer than 5y. This was probably due to increased expectations of another two CBR rate cuts by the end of the year (in October and December). Despite the absence of most US investors, nonresident activity was quite high.
