CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe CIS Eurobond market had a pretty subdued session yesterday. It seems investors were in wait-and-see mode, looking for more certainty about the US-China trade talks. Russian sovereign issues finished mixed, though only the Russia 28 and Russia 30 managed notable moves, adding a respective 0.2 pp and 0.5 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields were unchanged yesterday morning amid the depreciating ruble. After the local currency stabilized below 65.0, OFZ demand began to climb, and nonresidents were buying.
