MARKET COMMENT - RUSSIA/UKRAINE, ARGENTINA, US/CHINA, BREXIT AND MORE IN HEADLINESRussia outperformed peers yesterday, the RTS gaining 1.2% to 1,309 versus a 0.1% slip for the MSCI EM and 0.2% rise for the MSCI Europe. Russian/Ukrainian relations, Argentina's deteriorating market environment, and rising concerns of a no-deal Brexit are in today's headlines.
