CIS EUROBOND MARKETAhead of the Fed decision, the Russian sovereign Eurobond market saw little in the way of changes. For the day, the only price movements came in the Russia 29 and Russia 47, which moved 0.3 pp and 0.4 pp lower, respectively.GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading was not particularly active on the OFZ market yesterday morning, with yields ticking lower by no more than 3 bps ahead of the Finance Ministry auctions and Fed decision. In the evening, yields declined another 3-5 bps in the belly but rose 1-3 bps at the long end.
