MARKET COMMENT - OPEC+, METALS REGULATION, NATO, MANUFACTURING PMIS IN FOCUSThe RTS edged down 0.4% yesterday to 1,598 but would have been flat if adjusted for dividends. This would still lag peers, the MSCI EM having gained 1.1% largely on a rise in the most heavily weighted Asian markets.
