CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds closed higher yesterday, though volumes were low. The Russia 47 led the gains with a 0.5 pp rise to 94.0% (YTM 5.7%, Z-spread 254 bps). The Russia 27 was little changed.GOVERNMENT DEBTVolumes were average. Yields closed as much as 6 bps higher at the short end but fell 2-3 bps in the belly and were unchanged at the long end, with the exception of the OFZ 26224, which was the focus of an additional placement yesterday. It was yielding 6 bps higher at 7.42% by the close.
