MARKET COMMENT - MUELLER REPORT DUE THIS AFTERNOON, WHILE GLOBAL MOOD LOOKS CAUTIOUSThe RTS gained 0.8% to reach 1,266 yesterday, compared with a 0.3% rise for the MSCI EM. Global sentiment turned sour during the US session, though not on any clear catalysts, hence prepositioning for the holiday weekend was likely to blame.
