MARKET COMMENTEMs including Russia returned to declines yesterday after a brief respite on Wednesday. With a lack of clarity about what the US and China - not to mention the EU and other players - will do next in their trade spat, markets have been more sensitive and volatile than usual. Meanwhile, much of global markets' attention, especially in Russia, will today be on the OPEC+ event in Vienna, where participants are debating easing the current crude supply limits.AK Alrosa PAO.
