MARKET COMMENT - INDEXES REACH HIGHEST LEVEL IN WEEKS/MONTHS, BUT DRIVERS ARE DISSIPATINGStocks rallied globally on Friday, the MSCI EM and World (DM) climbing 0.9% and 0.6%, respectively. The RTS climbed 1.3% to 1,197, with Russia among the top quarter of EMs. Hopes of more accommodative central bank policy to come, the US quadruple witching and US-China trade speculation fueled gains.
