CIS EUROBOND MARKETOn the Russian sovereign Eurobond market, yesterday's session proceeded similarly to Monday's, with locals predominantly buying and nonresidents selling. Activity peaked in the morning and was focused at the long end. The Russia 28 fared the best, closing 0.4 pp higher.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields moved little yesterday. The 3y OFZ 26209 proved an exception, as the Finance Ministry announced it would offer the issue at auction today. Its yield rose 4 bps on R5 bln in volumes.
