CIS EUROBOND MARKETActivity on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market was very light yesterday, while rising global risk-on sentiment pushed quotes higher. The Russia 47 (+0.4 pp) gained the most, followed by the Russia 43 (+0.3 pp) and Russia 28 (+0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading in the OFZ market was very thin, partly due to a public holiday in Switzerland, a shortened working week in Russia and the CBR's rate decision on Friday. Rising global risk-on sentiment pushed yields 2-4 bps lower.
