CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe CIS Eurobond market had a mildly negative session yesterday. Most Russian sovereign issues closed slightly lower amid limited volumes. The Russia 42, 43 and 47 lost 0.1 pp. The Russia 29 was virtually flat at 103.51% (YTM 3.9%, Z-spread 205 bps). The Russia 5y CDS rose 3 bps to 116 bps.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields declined 2-3 bps at the open yesterday; however, after the ruble started weakening, locals resumed selling and yields ended 2-5 bps higher in the segment longer than 5y.
